Spoke to a woman on the morning of January 6th. I had some basic questions about the online pricing and she was shockingly rude, argumentative, and dismissive. I completely understand having a bad day but this is no way to treat potential customers.

The units are clean and well kept. There are carts to use to move your items in and out of storage. The online specials are a great deal.

Update...I am still here at Storage king and I have been renting with Storage king for many years, and I am never disappointed with the great customer service that is always provided...

Ashley has changed the belcamp facility a lot in the past few months. The facility is always clean and she is always ready to help assist in anything me or my wife may need.
