Their customer service rep Denae, hope I spelled it right..was extremely helpful and very nice! Rates are much cheaper and still have clean climate controlled units. I've had other storage units and am very happy with this one. 100% recommend. I'm in Pensacola Fl. ?

The manager Kelly has helped out our family getting a storage unit with them. She also helped out my pregnant wife being comfortable while offloading at the unit. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them and will continue to stay with them. I highly recommend this company and office specifically on Fairfield Drive. The service is exceptional and very friendly.

Kelley was a tremendous help with securing a Penske rental truck to move our son's furniture from Jacksonville to Pensacola. She always pleasant and very helpful when we are getting or dropping something off at our storage lockers.
