I just rented a 5 X 15 unit, the staff (Gracie) were very professional and polite and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend Storage King in Titusville.

BEWARE of the Deceptive Practices

Don’t be fooled by all these glowing FAKE 5-star reviews—the current office manager bribes new customers for those! She plays nice at first, much like a used car salesman, but it’s all about the hustle. New customers think they’re getting a great deal, and to be fair, the initial pricing does seem reasonable. But don’t get comfortable—within 3 months, your rates more than DOUBLE, and within a year, expect to pay over $100 more per month! It’s daylight robbery.

Now for the facility itself: ROACHES and RODENTS everywhere. Yes, palmetto bugs crawling around and infestations that make you question if your belongings are safe at all. Not to mention, the “friendly” office manager can flip between pleasant and downright unpleasant depending on the day.

Save yourself the headache. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy dealing with skyrocketing rates and a pest-ridden facility. STAY AWAY!

Also, I am paying $260 for a 20 x 20 unit, yet, I can rent another for $89 on their website at the time of this review.
