Michelle The Lakeland store manager went above and beyond for me. I’m moving states and she’s going on her day off to bring me a lock. On memorial weekend at that. Great customer service.

Michele went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Yes they are short staffed BUT she made sure we got what we needed! She drove all the way from Lakeland to accommodate us! And insured us that she can be reached at the Lakeland store and that she Will be at this store very soon for a few days a week. Thank you Michele for everything you did. We appreciate YOU !! You made a hectic situation much bearable..

As of February 2024-
I'm so disappointed in this storage place. No one ever answers the phone or calls you back at this location.
I was only in the unit for 2 weeks but it was almost impossible to move out because there was never staff available.
The facility layout is a bit confusing. But you can set up move in online. I was told there would be more staff at this location soon. Good luck. I suggest you go to the facility and check for staff before deciding this place is for you.
