Just signed a lease. Excited to move in. Process was as smooth as can be. Any hiccups Terry was on the ball to navigate. Facility is clean and secure.

From the first phone call our experience was top notch. I called to rent a space for our travel trailer in Polk City and I spoke with Megan (I think was her name) very friendly and helpful, even when I didn't have all the necessary information to rent a space directly over the phone. I then went on line and did our rental agreement, that was also very easy. After completing the agreement Teri call me and was such a delight to speak with. The facility is well maintained and not hard to get to. I will feel safe having our travel trailer there. I highly recommend this storage facility and Teri.
