Searched this Location because only 2 miles from my house, don't regret it. Robert was very patient on explaining all details, and went to show me what the unit lookedlike on the inside. Whole process in & out in 20-25 minutes. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for an easy hazle free process. Thanks Robert.

Mr. Robert was phenomenal! Great LOCATION, unit, and customer service!!!

I was given a price for my unit of which changed 4 months after I started renting it by a $19.00 increase! Robert, the guy other people described as being nice, told me that I had to leave the office because I was recording him on my phone telling me that I agreed to the increase on my contract of which is not legally enforceable because there is NO pen to paper contract accompanied by a notary seal of which would make a contract legal! He is nice as long as he gets to do the bait and switch and scam you for more money, but when you challenge his attempts at fraud and corruption, he then tells someone who has a legal right to be on the property to leave because he doesn’t like being called out as a scammer thief! I also observed him cutting the lock to someone else’s storage unit and breaking into it, but did not see any warrant to legally enter into the unit! Theses people think that they are above the law and as most corrupt corporations, any contracts are for THEIR benefit NOT yours. DO NOT rent from this establishment unless you like them charging you whatever they want whenever they want for providing NO actual services other than collecting your money and breaking into your unit without a warrant and then telling you to leave although you have property right access to the facility! WARNING!!!
