I traveled all the way from Detroit to close out my deceased grandfathers storage unit. Gary stated he would donate the remaining items in my storage unit, and would email a closing out receipt. He seemed to be very helpful, but when i got home i still got charged for the next month! I have persistently called and emailed and have received no answer. I’m very upset and angry that i would be lied to like this after explaining my whole situation. i just want the unit to be closed and to get my money back.

Gary did a wonderful job in making my experience great. He was informative and very friendly. Listened to my needs and helped facilitate them.

Convenient location for me, easy process. Rates are acceptable. Gary is helpful. I appreciate this place and I'm grateful to have a place to store my stuff.
