Lana was extremely helpful! She took us to several units to show sizes and height of the outdoor units. What great customer service!

Lena was professional and extremely helpful. Moving is always stressful and she was great!! Clean facility!

When you sign up of course they are amazing to you and immediately after are hounding you to leave a 5 star review. BUT, than it’s “who are you?”

I’ve emailed 15 times, called about 30 times and left messages only about twice over the course of 3 weeks begging them to upgrade me and i want to pay more!!!!!! However, they have never got back to me so when i call customer service (not the location) they apologize and say “we will get the district manager involved and you will get a call today” well…… that was 11 days ago (as of the day of this review)

I don’t expect anything from them at this point as again, they care about new business but not their current paying customers, therefore, they have lost my business and I’ve gone elsewhere with my larger unit size since they don’t want more of my money.

Don’t expect any attention from them after you have signed up and no longer valued.

Horrible business model for this location (not saying all locations are the same)

New MANAGEMENT NEW OUTLOOK . this is place awesome the staff is friendly and helpful . It looks neat and clean as well. I recommend this storage facility over all the rest in spring Hill FL
