Don't be fooled by low prices. You start renting at one price and they send notices of rate increases every few months. The rates increase by about $10 each time. Bait and switch tactic

The manager at this location is personable and helpful, I’ve interacted with him twice and both times it was friendly, conversational, and he helped and went above and beyond to show me around and make sure I got switched between my units conveniently and easily.

I had to edit my review. They are trying to charge me another month when I closed the unit 2 weeks ago and spoke to the gentleman inside and he said he would take care of everything. I'm having trouble getting them to return my calls, a woman called back and promptly disconnected me after two or three sentences and never called me back.
Why does it take hours for them to return a call? Especially after it was disconnected on their end
