Everytime I have needed a storage facility this has always been my choice. I have rented units at least 5 different times and each time has been a good experience. Today being no different. The only difference was a gentleman by the name of Chris. I was having an issue with something online and called. Chris was friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. He was also very helpful. Because of the great treatment that I always receive here, I know I'll be back if ever in need of storage again

Harassing behavior when it comes to parking and grabbing items. Was just harassed for the THIRD time in regards to me parking someplace for a few minutes without asking me any questions just telling me what I need to do or get done.

Update: 10 of 10 wouldn’t recommend, the managers here are so upset about parking they placed a lien on my things tried to fake auction them on auction day although my locks were in tact and nothing was on display. Just to make me pay $325 in cash only and tell me I had to be remove my items the same day from the property.
