Excellent services with great attitude of “can do” in assisting us and our needs.

Well honestly this would have been a 4 star rating but they raised the rates for outside storage $15 a month to $50 from $35. There is absolutely no reason for raising the rate. Nothing was gained from this as a tenant. Pulling in is like driving through landmines or roads in east cleveland/ detroit. For $35 that was acceptable. but for $50 and having to pull my trailer over that everytime we leave and come back is not worth it. I will be looking for other accomodations. seriously the road in and around is the worst thing ive ever drove on in my life.
