Worst possible service
After trying the pass code for 3 days, the manager said there appeared to be a problem, but rest assured, I will fix it before I go home on Tuesday

Verified with manager on Wednesday that all OK

Wrong, I showed up as scheduled on Thursday, a closed day , with a moving truck, and no one could get the gate open, so the moving company had to return to my condo and unload the cargo at considerable expense to me and I still need storage space for my move

I wish I could rate zero stars! It’s on me for not checking out the unit before renting (I thought a relative had done so already), but the buildings are a complete dump. The unit had bird poop and feathers in it, and the roof was literally leaking water onto my belongings in the ten minutes I had things in there before I went back to the office for a refund - which took a week to process(!!). And to call it climate controlled is an exaggeration. I can’t believe anyone rents here!

Oh and as a bonus, a month later they charged my card for another month AFTER I cancelled and got a refund! Avoid this place if you care at all about your items and your money!

The storage space was clean and well maintained. The staff has always been responsive and helpful. The only negative is the large potholes in the driveways.
