I just wanted to share my experience with Stephanie, that works in the front office at the Magnolia location. Y'all are very lucky to have her working there. She's is amazing at what she does for y'all. Making sure that the customer it's taken care of 100% and it doesn't get frustrated with some of the customers when they're down on their luck. She goes out of her way to make sure that they're comfortable and they get the right unit, that's needed, regardless if they have to change the unit that was given to them. She is very diligent and deserves very positive reviews.
