It was 10/28/23 when I first rented this space at $204 for a 12×30 unit based on their online pricing. On 1/15/24 I was notified of a price increase to $241. On 9/16/24, I was notified that the price would increase AGAIN to $269. That's 2 price increases in a year.
I don't take kindly to shady business practices. They reeled me in and changed the price, knowing it's an inconvenience and may cause a financial strain for people to move to another facility. I am moving my belongings elsewhere, and I will advise others to think twice before settling on this facility.
