Rented a climate controlled unit while in the process of moving. Somewhat expensive but it was convenient, so we went ahead and used it. We recently moved and forgot about a piece of wood (2X4) that was leaning up against the door rail. I missed it when I was finishing the clean out. Apparently, behind it was a level. They charged us $100 to remove those 2 items. My fault for leaving those items there, but $100 is absurdly excessive. For that reason I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. I wouldn't have minded a more reasonable charge, because i did accidently leave those items there, but what we were charged was ridiculous.

Katrice was extremely welcoming from the beginning and with her outstanding knowledge the process was very clean and quick. We had walked-in after doing some of the online steps but with her help it transitioned to both a highly efficient and enjoyable process! Very well done!

Great experience and the property manager was so helpful in answering our questions!

Decent facility however the attempts to raise rent every other month is frustrating, currently paying almost twice what they would charge a new customer for an identical unit.
