Had dumpster access when signing lease now no dumpster and the price has gone up three times. Horrible storage facility. Trying to leave it with most of my contents removed but now have to find somewhere to discard the stuff I do not want because they took away the dumpster. Seems like a way to keep you there seen as you cannot get rid of the few things left that I need to throw in a dumpster.

The facility is very clean and appears to be well maintained.
The staff is extremely helpful and very informative.

Customer service was great when they were open. I got in and out of my unit very easily for the timeframe I needed. I did not like how they were going to raise the price of my unit (by ~20%) only a few months after I started, but they gave me plenty of warning and it might have just been the timing. Either way, I do recommend this location and I appreciate the help I got along the way!

Great Customer Service. Katrice at the Boerne location went the extra mile to make things happen. I'll never forget that.
