Fantastic experience with Katrice setting everything up for us to lease a new unit. She really knows her stuff so everything went smooth and quick!

After I had messed up on signing up for a unit online (I had reserved a unit about 20 miles away vice the one half a mile a way), the manager at the Galm Road Storage King, understood what had happened. She understood that I had tried to do the way prescribed by Storage King (online reservation/rental) and proceeded to help me get my mistake corrected, communicated with the previous store and corporate management to get a full refund from the store that I had made the reservation for. Then she got me set up and handed over a turnkey situation where I could work and get the correctly rented storage unit filled.
She also, followed up the next day when she saw us start unloading and checked to see if everything was good.
I have ALWAYS had the philosophy that Customer Service is the cheapest thing (free) with the biggest Return on Investment (Long term customers/income). This Store Manager, is the MODEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Storage King USA, best be looking out for her!!!

Great customer service!

Came back to edit my review. I used this place a number of times before they sold out to storage king. Rented a unit last year for the first time under new ownership/management. Over the past 12 months I've seen an increase in $40 per month for rent. Unit gets filled with spiders, saw dust and recently a ceiling filled with water leaking onto my belongings. Quick to raise rent but the quality isnt there..Won't be back.
