I went to the main office to resolve a small hiccup pertaining to my unit. They were very supportive and were able to resolve my issue. The ladies were very kind and friendly.

I had a proactive experience with Storage kings USA. I had to transfer to a different storage due to a price increase and was able to be put in the same size for half the price (10x10. 40$+required insurance 19$). All staff members were able to help me from the customer service thru the phone, down to the in person staff, where I purchased the new lock. I have a storage at this location. I was late on September's month because I spent the whole month in the hospital fighting for my life. They were informed at the beginning of the month that I was in the hospital by my husband. They told him they would work with him. Now that we can pay, they tacked on a 150$ lean fee, plus 80$ in late fees for an 80$ storage unit. The director of the storage unit told them they could not work with us at all. Do not rent from here, because even if your fighting for your life, they won't work with you.
