Review:
Preston is always very helpful and responsive. Recently there was an issue with the gate and he was able to get it taken care of and then personally called me to be sure everything was OK and apologized for any inconvenience. This facility is always clean and it feels secure which is very important to me. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PRESTON AND TEAM!

'Used to be' a good, reasonably priced storage company, but maintenance, cleanliness and customer service has gone down hill while the rates have skyrocketed. Limited hours of access, except when the gates don't work and then it is a free for all.
