Facility called and said stuff was left behind and so was a lock,they were gonna charge another month,I helped empty that unit only thing left was a case of unopened new bottled water,we got there and the water wasn't there the lock wasn't there and note on door said ready too rent,why waist our time with that phone call then,screw this place and from what I hear they're constantly raising the monthly rates.

Josh does an excellent job managing this property. Goes above and beyond with great customer service. The unites are clean and he always had the supplies we needed for packing and storage. Don’t hesitate to use Storage King in Liberty Hill!

We can understand why people might give this facility five stars—it is a good, clean, and well-maintained property. However, our experience has fallen a bit short of our expectations. One notable issue was being rented an oddly shaped unit. While the square footage matches the listed dimensions, the unusual shape makes it impractical to use the full space effectively. Additionally, as renters of two larger units, we’ve been frustrated by the frequency of rent increases. It feels like every other month we receive an email notifying us of yet another hike. If this trend continues, we will have no choice but to seek a more stable and affordable storage option elsewhere. While we appreciate the cleanliness and overall quality of the facility, the issues we’ve encountered make it difficult to fully recommend without reservation.

We were completely impressed with Josh! He was very helpful and poured himself into making our first experience very informative. You have a great team member!

The location is safe, convenient and clean! I have piece of mind knowing that my units contents are secure.

Bait and Switch. They get you in the unit and then they raise the rate. Go else where!!
