Units are clean

Vacated the unit due to numerous hidden fees and terrible upkeep of the facility.

Started paying $60/month went up to $149/month, with no notice.

Maybe for a premium facility, but this is not that.

Wish I could give them zero stars to go with their zero customer service.

They raise their rates any time they want without explanation. Their customer service has gotten worse.

So now you have to pay more for an even worse experience. Avoid this place. Once they have you moved into your unit they will continue to raise your rates little by little every few months until you can't pay it and then they've got you. I don't know how this is legal. It's probably some small fine print in their contract. Either way, what they are doing is wrong.

They don’t answer their phones, they don’t have employees in the office and if you cancel your unit they won’t get back to you until a month has passed and they’ve charged you. The only time they’ve responded to me, was to tell me that their increasing their rates.
