I rented a unit online and then went to the location and was assisted by Jimmy Perez. Mr. Perez was very helpful and friendly when completing the process to get my codes and locks.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT store your things with this company. All of our daughters toys/books/baby clothes were destroyed by rats. Their play kitchen and baby toys are urine soaked. Every single thing we had in the unit is covered in rat feces. This is completely disgusting and a health hazard. Our stuff is ruined. Do not trust this company or their “cheap prices”. There’s a reason why they’re cheap and have so many units available.

Sabrina is amazing!! Wonderful customer service!! These prices are the best I’ve found! Highly recommend. Sabrina needs a raise, it’s hard to find good customer service these days and she is the epitome of superb customer service. She goes above and beyond! In my opinion It’s time for a 1$ raise for her.I will refer people to this location BECAUSE of Sabrina!
