Storage King USA

My experience with storage king was great! I rented a unit online only to realize that it was not going to be big enough. I went in to the facility on Alexander in Baytown Texas to speak with the manager. Faith was so upbeat and friendly. She didn’t hesitate to help me out. She got right on it and found me a unit, at another facility, with street access, roll up door, good price and the right size. She reserved the unit and even provided me with the correct lock needed. She was losing a customer but treated me like I was a long time tenant. Faith was great to deal with and had great customer. I would use Storage King self storage again because of Faith. Thanks Faith
