Storage Lion

I vacated my unit here June 28, 2024 and called to state it was empty. I was told 'I'll remove you from the system'. July 1st, $77 was STOLEN from my bank account for July rent. I called, was told I woukd be refunded, I was not. Here it is, August 1st and another $77 has been STOLEN from me. This 'business' has until the end of today to return my money or I am contacting my attorney. Below is a photo of the EMPTY unit I am STILL being charged for.

I have been a customer of the Ridge self storage for about a year now it is a very clean, secure with gate and keypad, very well kept storage facility! Also the he Owner is very nice and respectable man that is very understanding and will watch over your things like his own. I would not trust anywhere else like I do here. They will treat you like family not just a customer.

Brian is great. I have had my unit for 6 years and he has a quick response time and keeps a well maintained facility. Highly recommend.

We have very much enjoyed having a unit here. Brian is very hospitable and has always answered any calls or questions I have had.
