Prior military with lots of moves and storage unit rentals over the years. Storage Lounge is hands down the best that we've rented from. They provide at least five different styles of moving carts and dollies so you can easily move just about anything. The premises are clean with no bugs or rodents thus far. It's very comfortable to move items in & out of during all sorts of weather conditions with the drive-in parking. Although we use a 10x10 unit, I liked that their 7x10 units are positioned sideways instead elongated. It makes access a lot easier!

Dear Management,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your storage facility. This experience has been my worst by far, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention.
On two separate occasions, I informed the lady in charge that I could not make my payments immediately due to relocating to a different city and changing jobs. Despite these challenges, I always managed to pay everything in full. Last year, when I visited the storage facility to drop off some items, this same lady—a blonde, somewhat large woman—blocked my way out of the parking lot. Initially, I thought I was in her way, so I moved to the left. However, she also moved to the left, positioning her truck’s hood against my car. I was bewildered and had no clue what was happening. She then started yelling at me to get out of the car. Her aggressive demeanor made me fear for my safety.
When I exited my car, her assistant—a brunette man in his early 30s—claimed I had not paid my rent. I showed him proof of my payment, yet they still dragged me into the office until the lady pulled up my bill. She saw that I had made my payment slightly later than usual and got offended when I explained my situation. Her relentless yelling was highly unprofessional and distressing.
Today, she closed my contract without any explanation, even though all my credit cards are on file to ensure my payments are never late again. I received a message saying, 'Thanks for doing business with us,' and when I logged in, my account was gone.
This letter is to inform you that your facility is not a safe place to store belongings. The management practices and treatment of customers are unacceptable. One day, customers may wake up and find their things gone, just as I did.
I hope you take this matter seriously and address these issues promptly.
