Let me begin by saying I read Google reviews before I do business with a company. I went with Storage Lounge even though they are more expensive than others. My experience with them was unpleasant to say the least. They charge rental insurance so I got insurance bundled with my car insurance which is WAY cheaper. I sent them a copy of my insurance and they still charged me insurance. I closed out my space there giving them almost 3 weeks advance notice. They tried to charge another months rent which caused an overdraft fee. Communication with them is difficult at best. I would place calls to their voicemail and not hear a reply til the next day while I am at work and cannot answer my phone. Before a rep from this place decides to refute my review -I have the text and email messages to back it up. If this place is voted #1 storage place in Mankato, I demand a recount! There are better storage places in Mankato. Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs!

Storage Lounge is great. Clean, climate controlled units. Specifically, Katie has provided some of the best customer service in the Mankato area. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and always striving to provide the best possible customer experience.
