Great place to store our household goods. Great security, VERY clean and staff is always friendly. Would rent again and highly recommend.

Pretty nice storage place.

Katie was the best, so nice to work with regarding our special request of the type of storage we needed. One of the best storage places I’ve ever been to! We hope to return next fall for our winter storage needs! A coffee bar and a Christmas present wrapping unit at a storage unit facility, how could it get any better!

*update* I literally had to threaten the district manager with my lawyer for the harassment to stop. Since then this company has raised the cost of rent three times in one year. They have not changed their aggressive tactics And the facility continues to slide into disrepair.
Hands down worst rental facility in Mankato.

Had relatively ok experiences with them til this month. Their bill collection tactics are SUPER agressive. I pay my bill the same day each month (the 3rd). Last 4 months they didn't have an issue with it. Never late fees, nothing. This month they have harassed me for several days (5 attempts at contacting me in 30 hours) while at work knowing im at work. Be careful with these guys. They showed they have no problem ignoring laws.
