I have never rented a storage unit so I had no idea about the process. I was very nervous about storing my life’s belongings and something happening to everything that means something to me. It’s not something I thought I would ever have to do. That being said, I was so pleased with Storage of America. I could not have asked for better customer service. Francene took the time to explain everything to me and did not make me feel stupid or like I was inconveniencing her! I would absolutely recommend this storage facility and be sure to ask for Francene.

She was so very knowledgeable about the sizes and what would be the best to accommodate my stuff and not have wasted space. She was very patient with me as I tend to ask lots of questions.
