Units very nice and climate controlled. A lot more room than I thought. Very clean and the people are very helpful and friendly.

I have had a unit there for a few years & they have been awesome to work with. Francine is amazing & truly cares about her customers! Would highly recommend!

I usually don't write reviews but today I have to because of Francene!! Her patience and just wonderful attitude with helping me today on the phone I am so thankful for this woman. I had a terrible breakup and I have to store some stuff and she went over everything and answered every question for me and she was so nice and she knows so much about these storage units that I would be totally lost still today without her. She is such a great person she is one of a kind and I am so happy I called to rent a unit at storage of America today and thankfully didn't go anywhere else! I got the right unit to store my things and I am so happy with this place that I had to write this review this woman Francene needs to know that she is the best and she made a bad day for me have some light at the end of it to be shining and I hope she sees this review she is wonderful and I am just so very thankful for the best customer service I've probably ever had in my life !

I needed a storage unit and Francene helped me pick the right size and I also got a free lock. The unit is perfect. Great place.
