Otherwise, Novi Storage’s slogan “Your Place for Stress Free Storage” is a joke. 9 times out of 10 there is an issue with accessing the facility. The system is down, the doors are broken. On many occasions the office door features a sign that no one will be there on site so you have to call a central support system. I can’t imagine I am the only customer with these issues. I look to access the unit a couple of times a month and there’s usually an issue.
Additionally, be prepared for regular rate increases via notification in the mail. Not uncommon for Storage facilities but Novi rates have increased significantly. They’ve know you don’t want to move somewhere else so they take advantage. The rate increase would be more digestible if in fact this was a place for Stress Free Storage.
