Fairly cheap first month's rent. Decent security, as far as I can tell. I haven't seen a whole lot of people hanging around, which I take as a good sign.
The contactless rental made it super easy to rent online and then go and use the unit all within an hour of signing up!

I buy storage units for a living and I skip by this business by name. The worst management. I have never dealt with worse. Will never do business with Storage Of America again.
then they leave a reply asking me to contact them. There is no selection to talk to a live agent. Then I was asked to leave a message when I selected to rent a unit.
