Storage of Weatherford

Came in to pick up a 10 ft bx truck because they were out of the 8 ft pickups. Thankfully they were able to find me a van and help redo the whole process seamlessly and fix everything for me to not have to navigate a huge box in residential areas. Awesome people and will absolutely recommend them to anyone who has any moving needs.

I called this storage facility and asked for help in picking up an item I bought from one of their customers on Marketplace. I told the woman who answered the phone that the code worked to get inside the gate, but it didn't work to get inside the unit to pick up the bed. She told me the bed was in a hallway of the building, but if the code I was given didn't work, I could NOT get the bed. I told her I had proof of the purchase of the bed and asked her to hold the bed for me since I was an hour away from Weatherford. She, again, said that if the code didn't work to the unit, I could NOT have the bed. She said she did NOT want to get involved. I asked to speak to the owner of the storage facility or for her to provide me with his phone number, and she said he could Not help me either!
In closing, I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with the woman at the front desk who spoke to me on the phone. She could see the bed, knew the customer who sold it to me with proof of purchase, said they were going to clean out the customer's unit today and throw most of it away, she refused to help or hold the bed for me, and at the end of our conversation told me GOOD LUCK!
This PLACE is HORRIBLE, has TERRIBLE SERVICE, and I would not recommend it to anyone!

What a great experience. You go into this little place and they make you feel right at home. Would highly recommend anyone to use them for your storage or moving needs.
