I rented a U-Haul from this location and then decided to get a storage unit from this location. A big part of the reason I wanted to return and decided to rent a unit, even though it was past, our budget was because of the kindness of a gentleman name Paul Paul offered to put a dolly on the truck that they had for me to rent and at some point when I tried to follow up with Paul to ask him about renting from his facility he stated he was no longer working with them, but prior to that U-Haul stated that he rented a truck to me erroneously And the truck that he rented to me was a one-way truck. It was not an in city vehicle, so U-Haul made it a point to reserve a new U-Haul at a different location, but without the same arrangements, I had stated because of my failing health I would probably need help if I didn’t receive the additional help the day of the move that’s why Paul offered the dollar to me as a compliment and I appreciate it which made me want to run from the facility, but somehow I lost in translation even me asking The next employee that I actually rent the unit from about the dolly and U-Haul confirming that they could go ahead and make sure that I had the dolly there was no dolly when I went to pick up the truck so needless to say this is a huge inconvenience. I will never rent from U-Haul again and I’m not all together. Sure about this facility either as I went to the location about 5:45 15 minutes before close to gather some more boxes to complete the move with some little items that we were going to place in the storage facility and as it would be, they were already closed up early with no explanation whatsoever, so the entire experience from renting the U-Haul from that location as well as getting the unit has not been a good one!

Very kind and patient assisting me to change to a larger uhaul after I had reserved one that was too small for us. Very professional and clean facility. Paul is a gem of a guy, go visit with him!

Rented a van! It was easy & seam less. Would definitely rent again.
