I'm a little late posting,I got my unit yesterday. I was actually headed to some different units & remembered this company
The folks at Walla Walla Self Storage are so welcoming. Working with Bianca,was so effortless. She made that little extra small talk,which always makes me comfortable. This is the 2nd occasion that I've used them. I wouldn't work with anybody else. Thank you

I called on a holiday weekend and was able to rent a space the same day, so yep pretty impressed :)

The whole experience was very smooth and easy to understand. I reserved a unit online and not too much later was contacted by Maryah who was very friendly and we finished the reservation. I got everything I needed, a map, lock and key, gate code and clear instructions. Thanks!

Very easy to acess, nice clean drive and walkways.
The rolling doors are easy to roll up and I like that because I need that.
I love the way when there is a discount they will call and ask if you want to use the coupon and pay another month ahead and use the coupon. It is great. I love Quest Storage!
