Needed a storage unit asap as the other company fell through. Krystle did an amazing job getting me right into one, even through some technical difficulties. She was patient and professional. Also the unit is in excellent condition and will work perfect for my situation.

We needed storage for my grandmother’s things when she moved from her house to assisted living. Krystle, the manager, made the process smooth and easy. We initially made a mistake and booked a non-heated unit thinking it was heated and Krystle moved us right over to the Melrose location where the units are heated. Krystle assisted me in completing the process to reserve our unit and was kind and knowledgeable. The unit was clean and warm. Moving out was just as easy as moving in. Amazing location-safe, secure and easy to get into your unit. Highly recommend.

Krystle is Very polite and helpful she went way out of her way to help get me into the unit i needed, also her willingness to help her clients is far better than i can even explain. Easy to get a unit, you can get a unit in 20 minutes or less. Thanks krystle and thanks storage quest for the great experience.
