I called because I was late with a payment. I usually pay with a card, but this time I needed to mail a money order. I expected the call to be difficult but it was not.

Ne'Avi was responsive, genuinely happy to have me as a customer and cheerfuly spent time helping me.

She assured me that she would look out for my payment.

I called a few days later, the payment was received and all went well.

I would recommend Storage R Us to anyone who needs to store their things.
