I worked with SROA's Northborough, MA team as part of an estate administration. I had a family member that had a unit when he passed away. I collaborated with Jenn of SROA with the steps necessary to get access to the unit in a timely manner. Jenn was very good to deal with. I've had a rental unit for some of my stuff for a couple of years now. Jen whom is a one women show at this particular storage unit of American is so awesome. She is always on point.

Clean and accessible. Was hard to find a cart this time and the elevator was a pain in the ass. But it is a storage unit
