Mike and his team at Storage Rentals of America are the best. He dropped what he was doing when I visited to give me a personal facility tour and walk through the options for my needs, which included having a climate-controlled space and access to a loading dock or door. A new customer was made and I'm very pleased!

I was fortunate enough to have Tracy and Slater as my contacts regarding my storage units. They went above and beyond. Tracy was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. She was professional yet had empathy for a life situation I've been dealing with. I'm very happy with the quality of services I received from Tracy and Slater.
