Mike at the Kirkwood facility was so great. He explained everything and was extremely helpful. My husband & I started out talking to reps at the headquarters for SROA because we had a couple of issues signing up for storage units online. But then we were transferred to Mike and everything went very smoothly. Mike, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
