You can be enrolled in autopay and pay every month and they will still turn off your gate ode for no reason. They buy out companies just to bully their customerbase. Avoid at any cost. They're customer service doesn't respond and doesn't even warn you they turn off up r gate code. You just find out at the most inconvenient time then try to contact them with no success. They deserve no stars it this won't let you do that. They will also put a lock on your unit if you don't have one until you get a new one or supposedly. I called to have the lock removed before lunch and then drove an hour before they closed to exchange some important items in the unit just to find they had not done their job of taking off the lock. Yet another way they cost me. They hold your stuff hostage even when you pay.

Worst storage place I ever rented from. Prices just keep going up and no warning. They claim to have cameras everywhere. However my husbands car got broken into and no cameras around the car area. They don't help customers with payments when in a hard time. I regret choosing them when I been with them over a year at this point. And still don't help with cost of payments
