I recently had to complete an in facility move from one storage unit to another. Any move whether it’s 10’ or 1000 miles is always stressful as no steps can be eliminated. Working with the Property Manager, Cassandra we went over my options for available units, she worked with company staff to ensure the transition was within their guidelines and would be smooth. On the day of the move she worked with unfavorable conditions on the ground to process the paperwork establishing the new unit while I purchased additional needed supplies. All in all a seamless process.
