Jamel was amazing explaining everything I needed to know. He was patient with me while I was looking at the unit. He was a joy to work with.

They blocked in my spot with a power generator, then when my spot was temporarily empty, filled it with another trailer, even though I confirmed with them that I still needed the space. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Moreover, they refused to reimburse me so I am resorting to leaving bad reviews and reporting a complaint to the better business bureau.

This was my first time getting a storage unit and Jamel was very helpful and informative.
