Storage Rentals of America

I have had a Unit at SROA on Rauch Metz Rd for 2 years. From the beginning, there has been one issue after another. The gate not working (being left open), the place always being trashed, AND ZERO CUSTOMER onsite.

About 2 moths ago, a woman transferred in from another location. I believe her name is ??? Jennifer.

Shes done more in that place in 2 months than anyone Ive shared concerns or complaints with. Shes GREAT. She is one of those individuals that are far and few between these days/times.

Im unsure of how or if SROA rewards their employees; however, she deserves a HUGE kudos.

She is the ONLY person Ive seen with a cleaning cart. She got rid of the plunger in the bathroom that sat semi decorated with Christmas ribbon for 2 years. The bathroom is always clean now, and has paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and a clean floor.

Just wanted to let you know.
