Great customer service with a personal touch. Unit was clean upon move in with a free lock available. Love the promotional rate. Also loved the ease and hassle free entry and exit requirements. Close out was a simple process with no hassle. Will rent again as needed!! I live out of state and have rented here long term on occasion.
