Ashley was very friendly and nice. we rented a climate control 10 x 10. our code does not work even after getting it checked by Ashley. Would have appreciated a map of where our unit was as we are older ladies and we wandered thru a maze of halls for 10 mins before we could find it and probably will have to again. LOL We had trouble getting door up and then getting lock placed in the hole. these were probably our problems being 88 and 68, lol, . bathroom on site inside was good idea but door locked and could not get in. Also had to raise the exit gate by hand to get out, and I wonder if thieves could get on premises by just raising the exit gate by hand too. I think most of these issues were we just were not knowledgeable or mechanic minded. Ashley was friendly and gave good advice on size we may need and advantages of climate controlled which we were interested in. Units are located just a couple minutes from us and glad we got it.

I was able to rent a climate controlled unit at a very affordable price. The staff that assisted me was very nice and knowledgeable.
