Update: 06/14/2022 This company has increased my monthly cost consistently every 6 months. I have never been behind on payments and been renting from SROA for 2+ years now. I don't recommend anyone use their facility unless it's 6 months or less because once they realize you will be long term, you'll pay more and more until you move out or they keep your belongings because they already got all your money.

The perimeter security fence is in need of repair and after being a promptly paying customer for a year, my rate increased by $15 a month! I guess paying on time and keeping a unit for 12 months are not appreciated. It's like they said, Merry Christmas, to show we value your patronage, your bill is increasing!
