Today I came in for some boxes to move my mother in law. Neal was very helpful showing me all the box sizes and even helped me carry all 22 out to my car! Highly recommend for all your packing supply needs. Great variety and excellent prices.

Very clean well managed facility with storage areas for all needs. A positive feature is the presence of an on site manager during the week.

I called in for an upgrade for a larger storage unit (Greer location)and Neil was amazing! very helpful and professional and most of all knowledgeable about his product and offers! He took the time to listen to me and then answered everything quickly providing me with the information I needed. Everything was taken care of and set up for me over the phone. And if I had to guess we were only on the phone for12 to 15 minutes at best. They will continue to have my business as long as I don't get price gouged like the other competition. ?
