Review:
The customer service is great and the price is fair. The only problem I have is that the so called climate control is a joke. It's really cold inside of the Simpsonville location. I really wish that they would keep it a little warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

Review:
BEWARE - rates will go up regularly by $5-10 per month every couple/few months. When you call to ask about reducing them, they wont unless you move all your stuff deeper into the warehouse.
