Unit was dirty. I had to clean it out. The green tab to ensure me of security was not present. The door was absolutely troublesome to close. Had I not been a super strong guy, I could not have got to roll up door to close. It is in terrible Operation and needs Service desperately. Very high price for the 10x10 unit I got.... only Pleasant thing about the experience was the lady with their home office who helped me in the first place.

It was great they have me the options of the different size units to choose from and I got the one that suited my needs

Mrs. Amy was awesome, she made sure that everything was great during my registration. She explained everything and gave me a great experience.

I rented offline there is online deals. Very nice customer service I did have to call them but for no fault of theirs. I had questions.
