Great location and the manager is very nice Ive went to this location and other on old Jefferson Road and staff at both locations are amazing!! They have the best rates in town as well.

Don’t recommend this place at all. No one is ever in office if you have questions or issues. We paid extra for climate control and there was no climate control for the first 3 months even though paid extra for it. Went up 2x initial amount in the first year. Sat outside for an hour waiting to get someone on the phone or for someone to arrive during business hours because I had been locked out of my account and could not get into unit due to no one being here or answering the phone. Go anywhere but here!
